Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPATRICIA JOY ROGOCKI (nee SABADASH) January 24, 1951 - May 16, 2002 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our loving and cherished wife, mother and daughter, Patricia Joy Rogocki at the age of 51. Following a very lengthy battle with Multiple Sclerosis, she peacefully went to her place in heaven on May 16, 2002 with her family by her side. Patricia was predeceased by her mother Ellen Sabadash, her grandmother Annie Sabadash and her cousin Bernie Sokowski. She will be forever remembered by her father Peter Sabadash; her loving husband of 31 years Allan; her children, Daniel (Cathryn) and Tamara (Craig) her sister Joan (Adam) Wosminity; and her father and mother-in-law, Stanley and Nellie Rogocki. Also left to cherish her memory are many aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and pet dog, Keido, all of whom loved her and will miss her greatly. Patricia was born and raised in Winnipeg, MB. She spent her early years in the North End of Winnipeg, eventually moving to Elmwood in 1960, until getting married to Allan in 1971. She had two children, Daniel in 1973 and Tamara in 1976. Patricia was a wonderful mother who put her heart and soul into raising her children, despite the heavy strain of her illness. She enjoyed taking her children to various activities, playing cribbage with her Mom, Dad, and friends, and was always a steadfast fan of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. She also loved to dance and would do so on every opportunity that arose. Our family could not have asked for a better wife, mother and teacher. Patricia was a very gentle and loving person and she touched the lives of every person that knew her. We wish to thank all of the nurses on the 5 West Ward of Deer Lodge Centre for their compassionate care of Patricia over the last 5 years. This will never be forgotten. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 21 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation one half hour prior to service in Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Hwy #1 East at Navin Road. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Manitoba, 4th Floor, 141 Bannatyne, Winnipeg, MB R3B 0R3. We love you Mom, Always and Forever VICHNAYA PAMYAT GREEN ACRES FUNERAL CHAPEL 222-3241
